A report at Car Insurance News suggests that installing vehicle tracking could be a way for car users to reduce insurance premiums.
However, it also mentioned that vehicle tracking can cost around £500 for normal domestic users, so it would have to be firstly a pretty expensive car worth adding tracking protection to, but also offer already high insurance premiums anyway in order to make a saving!
Still, it’s an interesting point to make, though I can’t see myself installing vehicle tracking any time soon!
